A 2-year-old is dead and two other girls are in critical condition after a Pennsylvania home was ravaged by a fire sparked by a charging hoverboard. It is the first death ever linked to such a fire in the U.S., raising new concerns about hoverboard safety. NBC’s Morgan Radford reports for TODAY.
