Cybernetic Technologies ($HPIL) just put out a press release with a share buy back to be announced on August 30th, 2021 and close on September 17th, 2021. They are also setting up a gaming tournament platform under their subsidiary World Gaming Group. They previously announced that they have signed an NDA with Ansys a $30 billion company to plan how they will work together on the Apogee D7. The Apogee D7 is a proprietary electric vehicle that will charge itself while in use. This is potentially game changing technology in ever expanding market of battery power transportation. The company will also use World Gaming Group, one of its subsidiaries, to release a new gaming platform called Zippa.gg which will use their crypto Gamezcash to compete with companies like Twitch. Zippa has a launch date of September 1st, 2021. Mr. Brown has said that the notes are all done converting and he has no plans for dilution or a reverse split.
