Our guest on this episode of the TAF HUB is an expert in urban planning and development, he has worked across the sub-region designing and organizing urban spaces. Mr. Pa Doudou Mbye has served in Djibouti, DR Congo, Nepal, Ethiopia, Abidjan, Indonesia, Iraq, and Rwanda in 1995 after the war when everything in terms of public infrastructure was nearly damaged, and across the continent, in matters related to urban development.
