భూమిపై అత్యంత సమృద్ధిగా ఉన్న మూలకం హైడ్రోజన్. విశ్వవ్యాప్తంగా లభించే ఈ మూలకం నుండి లాభం పొందడానికి ఆర్థిక మంత్రి నిర్మలా సీతర్మాన్ 2021-22 బడ్జెట్లో జాతీయ హైడ్రోజన్ మిషన్ను ప్రకటించారు. కొత్త పునరుత్పాదక హైడ్రోజన్ ఉత్పత్తి కార్యకలాపాలు ఒక దేశ ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థకు దోహదపడతాయి, ఉద్యోగాలు సృష్టిస్తాయి మరియు అధిక విలువ ఆధారిత వస్తువులను ఎగుమతి చేయడానికి హైడ్రోజన్ను ఇతర వనరులతో (ఉదా., ఇనుము ధాతువు) కలిపి ఉపయోగించినప్పుడు గుణకం ప్రభావం ఉంటుంది. అనేక చమురు-ఎగుమతి చేసే దేశాలు అద్భుతమైన పునరుత్పాదక ఇంధన వనరులను కలిగి ఉన్నాయి, వీటిని కలిపితే అధిక సామర్థ్యం గల కారకాలతో పాటుగా అతి తక్కువ ధరకే విద్యుత్ అందించవచ్చు. భవిష్యత్తులో ఒకటో నంబరు ఇంధనం హరిత హైడ్రోజన్ మాత్రమే. అందుకే వాతావరణ మార్పులకు వ్యతిరేకంగా మన పోరాటాన్ని పెంచడానికి ప్రధాని మోదీ జాతీయ హైడ్రోజన్ మిషన్ను ప్రారంభించారు
