I Found an Oversized NYC Apartment… But Nobody Wants It

This Is One of New York’s Largest Apartments, It takes up the Entire Floor of a Charming Building just 30 Minutes from Lower Manhattan in Gorgeous Crown Heights Brooklyn. Its got 2 Baths, Laundry and is on the 2nd floor. I cant see a thing wrong with it personally, but perhaps there is a deeper reason the nyc rental market hasn’t snapped it up just yet.
