Brief: With increasingly connected networks and the advancement of technologies, the 21st Century has brought about the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0). Unlike previous industrial revolutions, success in Industry 4.0 requires more than speed, automation, and cost reductions. Continuous learning and innovations are paramount; data, knowledge, cloud computing, and human skills have so far emerged as the principal elements underpinning a business’s success in an Industry 4.0 world.
