It’s no secret that DJs are often the last thought when it comes to the floor plan at venues. I was offered a small corner to tuck myself in and was told I couldn’t block the buffet line or access for the staff to serve food. Thank god I no longer use tripods. As a result, I had to make some small adjustments to make sure my gear fit but also look and sound great. This event highlighted again that bigger is not always better and the need for versatile and wireless options is essential sometimes.
