They sold their house in San Francisco, downsized their stuff and became minimalist nomads just over four months ago. At first they thought they’d travel for a year in the tiny teardrop trailer and then maybe move to Florida. But after four months, they’ve realized they love this lifestyle and want to continue the adventure in Europe and New Zealand once they’ve conquered North America.
Jessi finds work online as a web designer, and Valerie is the logistics manager of the trip and she makes it all happen smoothly.
Some of the challenges they’ve faced with their new lifestyle is choosing locations to travel to based on weather since they live an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. High speed internet is another challenge they’ve had to overcome. Campground WiFi just isn’t fast enough to do a full day of online work so they’ve bought a Verizon Jet Pack.
We think these two ladies have an awesomely positive attitude and we love their willingness to give up physical stuff in order to spend more time doing what they love and spending time together. We’re excited to follow them on social! Here are their links:
