This is the megawheels hoverboard, today we will show you the Internal construction and operational principle of the 6.5 inch hoverboard. First let us loosen the screws on the bottom shell by using a screwdriver.There is a led light wire connection to the gyroscope board, charging port wire and power button wire connection to the motherboard. Before we take the right shell apart, we need to disconnect the three wire connectors.
With that done, let’s remove the left shell. Unlike the case on the right shell, the left side has only one LED light wire attached to the gyroscope board. Now we can totally see the internal parts, and the two wires I have in my hands are connected to the left and right side gyroscope board. The wire on the left side next to the battery is the battery indicator wire, and the wire on the right side close to the motherboard is the driving status indicator wire. This is the gyroscope board, its main function is to receive the gravity information of the gyroscope and then pass the received information to the motherboard. There is a gyroscope board at each end of the machine.This is the motherboard. Its main function is to control the operation of the whole machine, receiving the information of the gyroscope board and controlling the motor. Disengage the information transmission wire from the left gyroscope board to the motherboard.Next, the speed control and voltage control goes from the motherboard to the left motor. Pull out the wires that connect to the left side through the tunnel. These green connectors are the power cord of the motor, which are mainly to control the voltage passed to the motor.blue to blue,yellow to yellow,green to green. The White connector passes the info from the gyroscope board to the motherboard.The black connector linked to the motherboard, is the wire connection to give instructions to the motor, is mainly speed control. The yellow connector ,on the left of the motherboard, is the battery connection that passes the voltage to the motherboard. Pull off the 4 screws used to fix the battery, this is the battery holder. This is the gyroscope cage. These two are gyroscopes, and there are also two ones underneath the left side gyroscope board. Its main function is to transfer the sensing gravity information to the gyroscope board. Now let’s do a summary. Through the gyroscope on both sides of the machine, the gravity information of the people is passed to the gyroscope board on both sides of the board. The two gyroscope boards transfer the acquired information to the motherboard, the battery is connected to the motherboard.The Motherboard controls the speed and voltage of the motor on both sides of the hoverboard through two wires.
