An evolution from urbanization to tokenization.
One of the Reasons Real estate stood as a great hedge against inflation was that Developing real estate is very labor intensive.
A second reason was scarcity of Urbanized Land. Remember it is not scarcity of Land it is scarcity of Urbanized Land.
One of the reasons real estate was perceived as an asset not for everyone is very high acquisition cost as the entry point is way higher than the entry point of most asset classes.
How is tech changing the seen and contributing to the evolution.
