The aim of the urban, architectural and design project is to reconstruct and revive the city block in the central part of Rivne between Soborna, Chornovola, Drahomanova and 16 Lypnya streets with the development of multifunctional youth Cultural and Leisure complex and business activity center for youth.
A harmonious combination of valuable existing buildings and structures located at Rivne site, the preservation, modernization, renovation and revitalization while creating a contemporary multifunctional youth cultural and leisure complex, advanced transportation systems and pedestrian
infrastructure, arrangement of accessible and comfortable public space in the urban environment.
