Gurney Wharf also known as “Park On the Sea”, It is the planned waterfront in Gurney Drive Penang with total 60 acres of reclaimed land at Teluk Ayer Rajah, Gurney.
This area will have a seaside Food & Beverage precinct, water gardens,
a 400-meter sandy beach and coastal groves.
This massive development will be carried out in two phases; the first phase comprising the public park, the second phase will involve the construction of the F&B precinct.
There is no high rise buildings along the coast line. Instead, there will be a wide open greenery for the public to enjoy.
The materialisation of this development will be a major plus point for the real estate lining Gurney Drive, as their sea-view will not be blocked, but enhanced by the wider shorefront.
