Speedrunning the third level “Nightfall” in Halo: Reach on Legendary difficulty for the No-AA% Category

My PB (4:12 with ingame timer) set on 09/01/2022.
No-AA% means that I can’t use any armor ability (so no sprinting or picking up any other AA’s such as armor lock, jetpack etc…)
Boosting in vehicles is allowed though!
This is actually not a good run due to getting trolled a lot… I was aiming for a sub 4:10, and was on very fast paces before but didn’t get forklift clip first try on those attempts.
Missed practically every slide that mattered as well.
Hell part was the first troll moment, since my plasma shot was aimed at the Ultra Elite, but got redirected to the Major Elite. Basically if you kill the Ultra, the major Elite you can safely yolo that part. Since I had to deal with both elites, I was too late to go far the faster route over the shield so I had to focus on the grunt and jackal there since they would have killed me there.
The Guta section was pretty trolly as well. A grunt got yeeted to my direction and a plasma nade was thrown right into my path. So I had to deal with some enemies that you normally don’t have to bother with at that path. But I’ll take it since this section is actually an extended hell part for No AA%
Almost died at the militia section, so that was clutch. The forklift clip also was pretty sloppish, losing some valuable time on a very optimized level.
Sigh, wish I had a first try clip on my faster attempts. Guess I’ll have to grind it a bit further to get it down to a sub 4:10
I’m actually curious to know if this IL can be dropped below 4:00 on this difficulty, I think it’s possible, but extremely hard. So a 4:12 isn’t that bad, but it feels like a bad run imo…
