Doraemon is a fictional character in the Japanese manga and anime series of the same name created by Fujiko Fujio, the pen name of writing team Hiroshi Fujimoto and Motoo Abiko. He is a male robotic cat that travels back in time from the 22nd century to aid a preteen boy named Nobita.
Doraemon directly isn’t real but the boy showcased as the co-protagonist Nobita is REAL DEAL. Dating back to the 80s there was a 10 years old school boy Nobita Nobi. He was suffering from a weird disease called SCHIZOPHRENIA which made him dream things in the day and to his eyes it would appear if real.
Building a robot like Doraemon in real life must be a dream for every scientists or we can say it might be the highest level that robotics can reach. Having a cute cat robot with unlimited storage space in the form of his 4d pocket and unique gadgets must be a boon to the human kind as all of us might think, but there is a twist .
Well Doraemon lives in an ideal world. Where everything around him is ideal. Maybe many of us wish for a world like that. But real life is very much different from the world that Doraemon lives in.
Just think, a rich brat like Suneyo despite having all the riches in the world never tried to buy Doraemon
The gadgets won’t be Gadgets anymore but will be will be a new billion dollar industry just like the weapon industry.
Each and every gadget will have its negative aspects and it will be hard counter such things.
Anywhere Door can easily give access to the heavily guarded places on Earth. The precious items, documents will be stolen at a rapid rate from all around the world. The people behind the bars can easily escape and flee to some distant places within seconds. And it will be hard to get hold of them again.
The bamboo copter will crush the Aviation Industry. Everyone will have their own personal jetpack to travel.
The Time Cloth will damage the manufacturing sector of the world to some extent.
A single gadget can take the job of thousands of people.
A robot like Doraemon is just a concept. It won’t be used to serve the mankind or make this world a better place to live in. But it would be used for all the negative aspects. It would be used more for the political benefis, for Power, for Superiority.
So I think we should not think about having a real life Doraemon with all the features. Rather we should enjoy watching it in on our phones or televisions.
