Cold Wintry Cyberpunk Ambient Music

Winter has fallen in North Dun Bay. The population has dropped significantly because on how cold it keeps on getting. It can get so cold, that not even the Heat Convoys can heat up the city. We have to walking in tunnels in between buildings or we will freeze to death in a matter of minutes. There has been some technology improvements in the transportation that can handle to cold, but can rarely work.
