China's Beijing-Wuhan bullet trains to hit 350 km/h in June with tickets starting from $60.4

The Beijing-Wuhan section of China’s pivotal Beijing-Guangzhou rail set to improve its speed to 350kmh (217.48mph), a 13% up from current speed of 310kmh (192.6mph).

It will cut the minimum travel time from Beijing to central China’s Wuhan a journey of around 1,330 kilometers, or 826.4 miles, to 3hrs and 48mins.

The line will be the fifth high-speed rail in China that operates at a speed of 350kmh(217.48mph) which is seen as the fastest in land transportation, expect for the maglev lines.

While during the test run last Friday, the speed of Fuxing bullet train once hit 385.1kmh(239.3mph).

Price of ticket is starting from 410 yuan ($60.4).
