The North–South Commuter Railway (NSCR), also known as the Clark–Calamba Railway, is a 148 km (92 mi) urban rail transit system under construction in the island of Luzon, Philippines, primarily in the Greater Manila Area.[1][2] Running from New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac to Calamba, Laguna with 36 stations, four services, and two lines, the railway will be a transportation backbone of the region. It will be integrated into existing and future railway lines such as the LRT Line 1, LRT Line 2, MRT Line 3, and the Metro Manila Subway.[3][4]
