The Lecture “Contemplating Learning Outcomes and Future Direction in Urban Planning” is a concluding session of the course “Introduction to Urban Planning” by Prof Harshit Sosan Lakra, Architecture and Planning, IIT Roorkee.
In this session, we review our coverage and our learning outcomes of this course.
We consider, what potential the cities bring. We review the challenges that we need to address through urban planning. Moreover, we contemplate what our future would look like from the planners, architects, social scientists, economists and from the citizens’ perspective.
In the end, we also look into our limitation and future scope of the domain and the course. Thank you and congratulations for reaching to the finish line!
