These boogie boards don’t need waves to move. The Kymera Body Board is a jet-propelled boogie board and it’s powered by an electric lithium-ion battery pack. It can last up to 2 hours per charge. How fast can this thing go?
Kymera boards can hit 20 mph and the speed is based on external factors that include weight, salt or fresh water, and other external factors. The board can support up to 200 pounds. You can buy or rent Kymera boards but they’re slightly more expensive than typical boogie boards. Kymera boards are just under $5,000 and refurbished boards are about $4,000.
