In this video, I will show you how to fix another common issue – “The Default Gateway is Not Available”. Yes, I hate this error as much as you hate, because it is very annoying but don’t worry, I have a quick fix for you!
METHOD 1:
1. Open Network and Sharing Centre.
2. Click on your connection and select its “Properties”.
3. Then, choose the “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP)” option and click on “Configure”.
4. Go to Advanced tab and from there try changing different network settings that might resolve this very annoying issue.
METHOD 2 – Disabling the feature that allows your PC to go to sleep and at the same time disables all network connections.
1. Open Network and Sharing Centre.
2. Click on your connection and select its “Properties”.
3. Next, choose the “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP)” option and click on “Configure”.
4. Go to Power Management tab and then uncheck the option “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
After you’ve done, don’t forget to reboot your PC in order to apply all changes and after that, you should be good to go!
