A Formula One-like race for flying cars may sound futuristic, but the idea may not be that far away. Airspeeder is trying to develop a new racing series where pilots will climb aboard eVTOL aircraft and race around a virtual circuit in the sky. But in order to get their racing series to take off, there’s a few hurdles they need to overcome first.

00:00 – Airspeeder’s eVTOL racing series
01:00 – An augmented reality race in the sky
01:52 – Pilots, aircraft, engineers and a first race
02:21 – Why Airspeeder are Not Quite There Yet

If you’re interested in the future of mobility, how technology is changing how we get from A to B, and how modern transportation is impacting our lives, then don’t forget to subscribe.
