Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali menegaskan idealisme dan prinsip perjuangan Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) merupakan jati dirinya.

Beliau berkata demikian selepas timbul khabar angin menyatakan dirinya akan meninggalkan Bersatu dan mengikuti jejak langkah Ahli Parlimen Ampang, Datuk Zuraida Kamaruddin yang menyertai Parti Bangsa Malaysia (PBM).
