The 3-billion peso Unified Grand Central Station, also known as “common station” in North EDSA, Quezon City, will be completed this June after eight years of delays. The Department of Transportation (DOTr) issued the statement, June 16, with the remainder of the project now in full, accelerated construction pace just two weeks to go before the end of the Duterte administration.
However, last June 23, 2022, in an interview to dotr undersecretary timothy john batan, he said that the common station again suffered to a delay of its partial opening and operation, he told that the project will be completed on the 3rd quarter the year, once the rest of the remaining materials has been delivered on site..
