NASA Puffin Electric VTOL1/3 Scale Initial Hover Tests

Initial hover tests of the powertrain (including full cyclic rotor control). The current configuration includes a dummy wing, in place of the fiberglass body which will be added soon. The purpose of this sub-scale demonstrator is to investigate the simplifying assumptions of transition analysis (that is, hover to forward flight).
