According to NBC’s Tom Costello Report; Jared Isaacman, the 39-year-old billionaire who led the Inspiration4 team last year, is collaborating with Elon Musk once again. Isaacman claims he will contribute to the funding of three additional missions to push deeper into space, with the goal of flying closer to the moon than any spacecraft since Apollo.

According to the program website; The Polaris Program will conduct a series of technology demonstration flights leading up to the maiden flight of the Starship. This is a one-of-a-kind mission that will swiftly develop human spaceflight capabilities while also raising funding and awareness for vital issues on Earth.
Polaris, a three-star constellation also known as the North Star, has served as a guiding light for humans throughout history to help them navigate the world around them and the sky above them.
