The Osprey’s dual propeller design is made for a more efficient mode of transportation. Really, the futuristic look of the part plane and part helicopter has made cameos in many cult favorite science fiction movies. Part of our April Spring Cleaning Madness Videos, our goal is to use up the Black PETG, why not make an Osprey Kit Card in a glossy piano black?
The V-22 Kit Card STL File we are using from the artist should have a Print in Place feature in the two rotors, or the rotors should freely spin.
Update: No glue was needed for the final assembly of the puzzle kit card. All the parts snapped into its place.
Cura Settings:
Layer Height is at 0.16 mm, The Direct Drive Retractions occur at 0.9 mm for every layer shift, 3 Wall thickness or 1.2 mm Wall Thickness, Large Brim, 10% Infill Density. Print Speed is 50 mm per second. 4 Additional Surface Skin Top Layers. Z hop is enabled. Model size is at 100% of its original size.
