This basic apartment isnt flashy on the inside, but just look outside because its facing Manhattan and has a crazy view you wont get anywhere else! It also has 2 baths and laundry in unit, plus there is a shared roof deck for whoever rents this amazing “penthouse” which it technically is because its the buildings top floor.
