Paul Smith are pleased to announce their special collaboration with PS Paul Smith Happy and workwear-specialists, Stan Ray. The campaign was produced and photographed by Parade, with the collection modelled by Francis Peters.
Born out of Paul’s long-time love of heritage workwear, the collection combines the two brands’ idiosyncratic perspectives. Uniting Stan Ray’s workwear credentials with PS Paul Smith’s light-hearted spirit, the 10-piece capsule provides a versatile, fresh and truly modern interpretation of street and casual wear.
Marrying utilitarian design with pops of colour and print, the collaboration provides ready to wear and accessories. Namely t-shirts, jackets, cargo trousers, shorts, tote bags and caps.
A patchwork theme is present throughout the collection with classic Stan Ray pieces – such as the Painter’s Pant, Shop Jacket and Fatigue shorts – available in two-tone and camouflage colourways.
Made from reliably robust fabric choices, including cotton drill, ripstop and military-inspired sateen, crafted using durable chain-stitching, the pieces boast a variety of practical details with snap-fastenings, patch and flap pockets, and hammer loops.
A graphic element is provided by the colourful co-brand t-shirts, these feature a mash-up of the brands’ respective logos, whilst accessories including trucker caps and tote bags round out the collection.
